Plastic, given a second life.

Polygood® transforms post-consumer polystyrene into high-performance panels for architectural interiors — surfaces that carry their origins with them.

Chapter 1: Origins

Material with a past, carried forward

08-CAFETERIA-DAVID_ZARZOSO.jpg

Polystyrene is already everywhere—embedded in products, systems, and supply chains. Polygood® draws from that existing volume, recovering and reprocessing it into panels designed for continued use.

The composition of each batch shapes the surface in direct, visible ways. Variations in source material influence tone, pattern, and density, creating panels that reflect their inputs with clarity. This is not treated as a defect to be corrected, but as a defining characteristic of the material.

Waste found its next life here.

Chapter 2: Performance

Made for spaces that don’t stand still

SAMJI_CON_Principale.jpg

Polygood® is developed for interiors where surfaces are expected to hold up under continuous use—retail environments, hospitality settings, workplaces, and public installations.

It's lightweight, waterproof, and structurally strong, supporting both functional and aesthetic demands. Panels are produced up to 2800 × 1400 mm in 12 mm and 19 mm thicknesses, allowing for larger applications with greater continuity and fewer visible joins. It integrates into projects as a dependable surface, without requiring special consideration once installed.

Built tough. Specified simply.

Chapter 3: Design

Variation that comes from within the material

Each panel carries the imprint of its composition. Color and pattern emerge from the specific mix of recycled inputs, producing surfaces that are consistent in process yet distinct in outcome.

The range spans more than 50 patterns, from controlled and restrained to more visually pronounced finishes. What ties them together is their origin—every surface is a direct expression of the material it was made from, rather than an applied effect.

No two panels the same.
Every one intentional.

Chapter 4: Versatility

Fits the way projects are already built

004_(2).jpg

Polygood® works within established fabrication methods, making it straightforward to adopt across projects of different scales.

It can be cut, routed, engraved, and thermoformed using conventional tools, allowing fabricators to produce flat panels, formed elements, and detailed components without introducing new processes. This compatibility keeps production efficient and predictable from design through installation.

Chapter 5: Responsibility

A material that remains in circulation

SAMJI_HER_secondaire_02.jpg

Polygood® is made from 100% recycled plastic and can be recycled again after use, extending the lifecycle of the material beyond a single application.

A take-back programme supports this system, enabling panels and offcuts to be returned and remanufactured into new panels. The material holds Cradle to Cradle Certified® Bronze status and is supported by an Environmental Product Declaration, providing independently verified documentation of its environmental performance.
