Plastic, given a second life.

Polygood® transforms post-consumer polystyrene into high-performance panels for architectural interiors, creating surfaces that carry their origins with them.

Chapter 1: Origins

Material with a past, carried forward

08-CAFETERIA-DAVID_ZARZOSO.jpg

Polystyrene is already everywhere: embedded in products, systems, and supply chains. Polygood® draws from that existing volume, recovering and reprocessing it into panels designed for continued use.

The composition of each batch shapes the surface in direct, visible ways. Variations in source material influence tone, pattern, and density, creating panels that reflect their inputs with clarity. This is not treated as a defect to be corrected, but as a defining characteristic of the material.

Waste found its next life here.

Chapter 2: Performance

Made for spaces that don’t stand still

SAMJI_CON_Principale.jpg

Polygood® is developed for interiors where surfaces are expected to hold up under continuous use: retail environments, hospitality settings, workplaces, and public installations.

It's lightweight, waterproof, and structurally strong, supporting both functional and aesthetic demands. Panels are produced up to 2800 × 1400 mm in 12 mm and 19 mm thicknesses, allowing for larger applications with greater continuity and fewer visible joins.

Key performance properties at a glance:

Thermoformable: Can be heat-formed into curved and shaped elements
Structural: Strong enough for furniture, wall panels, and fixtures
Water-resistant: Suitable for wet and humid environments
Lightweight: Easier to handle, transport, and install
Non-toxic: Free of halogens, heavy metals, and Red List chemicals
LEED-eligible: EPD documentation supports LEED project certification

It integrates into projects as a dependable surface, without requiring special consideration once installed.

Built tough. Specified simply.

Chapter 3: Design

Variation that comes from within the material

DSC05447.jpg

Each panel carries the imprint of its composition. Color and pattern emerge from the specific mix of recycled inputs, producing surfaces that are consistent in process yet distinct in outcome.

The range spans more than 50 patterns, from controlled and restrained to more visually pronounced finishes. What ties them together is their origin: every surface is a direct expression of the material it was made from, rather than an applied effect.

No two panels the same.
Every one intentional.

Chapter 4: Applications

Where Polygood® works

004_(2).jpg

Polygood® has been specified across commercial sectors worldwide by brands including Nike, Adidas, Lush, Samsung, Karl Lagerfeld, and McDonald's.

Hospitality: Wall cladding, bar surfaces, feature walls, and bathroom linings in hotels, restaurants, and cafés. Waterproof and easy to clean, it performs where other materials fall short.

Retail: Fixtures, display walls, shelving, and millwork. Consistent replication across multi-location roll-outs makes it the go-to for brand environments at scale.

Workplace: Wall cladding, acoustic panels, reception surfaces, and collaborative furniture. A material that signals sustainability without sacrificing specification standards.

Furniture & Surfaces: Countertops, tabletops, cabinet fronts, and bespoke furniture components. Thermoformable for curved applications, cuttable for custom fabrication.

Facades & Exterior: Durable enough for exterior cladding and façade applications where weather resistance is required.

Chapter 5: Versatility

A material that remains in circulation

SAMJI_HER_secondaire_02.jpg

Polygood® is made from 100% recycled plastic and can be recycled again after use, extending the lifecycle of the material beyond a single application.

A take-back program supports this system, enabling panels and offcuts to be returned and remanufactured into new panels.

The carbon case for Polygood®: Polygood® has a global warming potential (GWP) of just 487 kg CO₂e per ton, which is six times lower than conventional solid surface materials and eight times lower than virgin polystyrene. Specifying Polygood® is one of the most direct decisions a design team can make to reduce a project's carbon footprint.

Chapter 6: Certifications

Independently verified. Industry recognised.

Polygood® holds a full suite of third-party certifications, providing the documentation needed for green building compliance, LEED submissions, and client transparency requirements.

Cradle to Cradle® Certified Bronze

The only recycled plastic panel manufacturer with C2C certification. Evaluated across material health, water stewardship, renewable energy, material reutilisation, and social fairness.

Environmental Product Declaration (EPD)

Verified Life Cycle Assessment data, aligned with international ISO standards. An invaluable asset for LEED certification submissions.

Declare — Red List Free

Certified by the International Living Future Institute. Contains none of the harmful chemicals on the Living Building Challenge Red List.

VOC A+ Rating

The highest indoor air quality classification. Aligns with BREEAM standards in the UK and EU. Safe for occupied spaces from day one.

ISO 9001 / 14001 / 45001

Quality, environmental, and occupational health management systems independently certified.
